eeb999's Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
Enjoy entertainment within your limits. eeb999 is committed to providing you with a safe, healthy, and controlled gaming experience.
What does responsible gambling mean?
Responsible gaming means playing purely for your own enjoyment — not out of fear of losing, and not out of addiction to winning. eeb999 believes that online gaming should be a safe form of entertainment. Every player must be aware that gambling is a risky activity and should never be considered a source of income. We provide various protective tools and guidelines with the mental and financial wellbeing of all our users in mind.
Age Verification — 21+
To open an account and play any game at eeb999, you must be at least 21 years old. We strictly prevent minors from gaming. A national ID card or passport is verified as proof of age.
Setting Deposit Limits
You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once set, this limit takes effect immediately. To increase the limit, a 24-hour waiting period is required — which helps prevent impulsive overspending.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break, you can use the time-out option to temporarily close your account for 24 hours up to 30 days. During this time, no betting or depositing will be possible.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, choose self-exclusion. Through this, the account can be closed for 6 months or permanently. During the exclusion period, we will not send any promotional emails either.
Loss Limit
Set your own limit on how much you can lose within a given period. As soon as the limit is reached, the system will automatically stop you from playing — so you do not go beyond your budget.
24/7 Support
If you have any concerns or issues with gaming, our support team is ready to help you in Bengali via live chat, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Feel free to reach out.

- Spend enough time with family and friends and do not put gaming above your social life.
- Avoid gaming during work hours or study time — responsibilities come first.
